Does FlipFlow post listings to Facebook automatically?
No — Facebook Marketplace has no public posting API, so the final paste is always you. FlipFlow stops one tap before the post button: you copy the generated title, description, and price into Marketplace and hit publish. Everything else (writing, pricing, keywording, photo prep) is automated.
Is this allowed under Facebook Marketplace’s terms?
Yes. You write nothing automated to Facebook. FlipFlow runs entirely outside their platform — it generates text and prices that you, a human, paste into a regular listing. Same as if you used a notes app to draft a listing, just smarter.
What kind of photos work best?
A clean shot of the item against a neutral background, with the brand or model number visible if possible. The AI handles cluttered backgrounds and side angles fine, but a clear hero shot dramatically improves identification accuracy. Three to five photos per listing is the sweet spot.
How accurate is the price research?
It pulls comparable sold listings from the open web (eBay, Marketplace, Amazon renewed) and gives you a low/median/high range. The suggested price sits in the middle — you can always override. Accuracy is highest for popular brands with active resale markets and lowest for niche or vintage items.
Where are my photos stored?
Thumbnails and medium-resolution copies live on Cloudflare R2 (CDN-cached, served over HTTPS). Originals are deleted from storage as soon as the AI is done analyzing them — usually within seconds. Your data is yours: you can export or delete everything from settings at any time.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from settings. Pro and Business are month-to-month with no commitment. If you cancel, your account drops to the Free tier and your data stays — you can always come back.
